Trauma Therapy and Counselling

I am Rebecca Ashby, a registered counsellor who works with people from all walks of life experiencing challenges including trauma and PTSD, anxiety, depression, workplace stress and burnout, as well as major life changes and transitions.

I have a strong interest and experience in trauma and PTSD, informed by my work of 8 years supporting refugees and asylum seekers who have experienced significant adversity, displacement and uncertainty. I am also drawn to working with people who work in high-pressure environments, including crisis and emergency response and first responders.

I offer video-based counselling sessions from my practice in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia.
